Broker Participation
  • A commission will be paid to the cooperating broker who registers a successful bidder, and that (bidder) buyer closes on the property.

  • No commission will be paid if the high bidder fails to close.

  • In order to be paid this commission, the cooperating real estate broker must register their client by completing a Broker Participation Registration Form. This form must be filed with the Preferred Auction Alliance Department, 24 hours prior to the Auction.

Participating Brokers Must:

  • Inspect the property with their client
  • Review all disclosures with their client
  • Be present on auction day
  • Have read and reviewed with their client the auction "Terms & Conditions"
  • Brokers acting as principals or on behalf of family members are not eligible for this commission
  • Wesley J. Mazurek an agent for Prudential Preferred Realtors (Michigan Broker) represent(s) the seller in the sale of auction properties.
