Q. Recently I returned from down south and, while there, I was amazed at the number of Real Estate Auctions I saw. Why don't we see more around our area, especially since they seem so successful there?

Auction marketing is intense, calculated and strategic. It is designed to assure that buyers receive the message. Sellers know the exact day that their property will sell. Buyers come prepared to buy. Auctions are swift, efficient and systematic. Disclosures are provided so buyers know what they are purchasing.
